Program: Palm Coast Utilities Director Richard Adams will present a Power Point presentation titled "A1A Force Main" - Building the Backbone of a Central Collection Sewer System. Also attending Mellissa Holland, Flagler County Commissioner, John Netts, Mayor of the City of Palm Coast, Dr. Oel Wingo, Assistant City Manager of Palm Coast, Judi Stetson, Grants Coordinator City of Palm Coast and if his schedule permits Representative John Mica or Wiley Deck. Come to the Hammock Community Day on April 27, 2008. Entertainment will start at 2 PM. Moon bounce,
free hotdogs and popcorn for the kids. Prizes and 50-50. Please come and enjoy the afternoon with your neighbors and friends. Food will be seved at 4 PM to 5:30 PM. Tickets are 8.00. Jay Gardner, Flagler County Property Appraiser will be our guest speaker. Jay will comment on Amendment 5 on this November's Ballot. He will also discuss property values in this market downturn and how that effects your property taxes. He will discuss when properties are appraised and how. He will also discuss the new homestead exeptions and the portabilty of the exemptions as well as the 3% cap increase on your real estate taxes. Jay will take questions from the audiance after his presentation.
